How did you get the idea for King Me!?
Well, to be honest, I was looking at a deck of playing cards and saw one of the Kings. Then I started to think about princes, shounen-ai, reincarnations... And boom! King Me! happened. xD

Is this more shounen-ai or yaoi?
I'm not completely sure, actually. In the beginning I intended it to be yaoi, but then it turned out being more shounen-ai, but now I really wanna get to some smut. >O So, it's slowly evolving.

Do you have any idea what you're doing?
No, no I do not. I have no idea how long King Me! is going to be, what the ending will be exactly (since I keep changing my ideas for it), and what characters will be showing up next. Because of which, the story takes a lot of influence from the fans--if you want something, mention it and I'll try to fit something in for you.

How long does it take you to finish a page?
That depends on how complex the page is, but usually it takes around four to six hours. This doesn't seem like long, so there should be more updates, right? Well, I do everything straight onto the computer with an art tablet, so I only get to work on pages when I'm at home. It also takes waaay longer to ink and sketch on the computer than it would on paper.

Where does the story take place?
I'm not quite sure. Generally, I'd say some unknown town in California--only because that's where I live. But a lot of the characters have French names, so who knows? Aimery is meant to be French specifically, though. Loyal is English, Nicolas is French, and Tynan and Minas are Irish. Random info. XD

Why isn't Aimery experiencing any culture shock?
He is, but none of it has been shown really so far. But he's also rather "high on life," and as long as he's with Loyal, I don't think anything else matters to him. He's also sort of an ignorant character, really, so...

Aimery isn't so smart, is he?
Actually, he seems a lot dumber than he really is. XD He's just very perky, and so it may make him seem a little slower than others.

Aimery is a really cruddy seme...
Ahahah! Who says all seme characters have to be all cool and serious and all that? Anywho, he's just a new kind of seme! Besides, he's used to being with women anyways (not saying women can't be dominant, but back in his time, they were a little more dainty), so he doesn't see any reason to act much differently. But he's definitely more of a switch character.
